Was founded in 2017. Savvas and Petros co-founders of Major Oak having worked many years as a Project Managers for a number of clients and having delivered more than 50 residential projects similar to the ones undertaken now by Major Oak saw the need to create a construction company that tackled the challenges experienced by them on the Client side. Major Oak was created out of frustration with the industry and a personal challenge to provide Clients with the service they deserve without compromise in quality and reliability. Both Savvas and Petros are Civil Engineers with a deep understanding of both structural design as well as architectural detailing.

Since then Major Oak has completed about 60 individual residential units ranging from Flat refurbishments to New built multi-flat developments as well as a number of mixed use buildings. Client satisfaction has been our main driver and focus throughout these years and has become an obsession to us. We offer a bespoke service to our Clients based on their individual needs and pride ourselves in taking a personal approach to each project.
