Major Oak uses its own direct labour to carry out works others have to use specialist sub-contractors. Through the years and the projects Major Oak has trained its operative to carry out facade cleaning and repointing, flat and pitched roofing, fine joinery, basement works and earthworks, underpinning and structural strengthening , specialist approved tanking by Delta, micro cement and many more.
Converting a single dwelling into 4 flats is a difficult quest. Every square inch must be used to create the habitable space . Communal areas must be separated from noise , fire and security. Luckily Major Oak has carried out more than 15 such conversions and has a wealth of knowledge and expertise.
Major Oak liaised with Cient’s preffered kitchen supplier to develop the final kitchen layouts that were practical and functional within the project restraints.
Major Oak arranged the dressign of flats for marketing purposes along with clearing all scuffs and marks following removal of furniture to new buyer’s snagging list.
