Any excavation or basement works is risky and must be only undertaken by knowledgeable and experienced contractors. Major Oak has a track record in basements along with project managers trained as Civil Engineers who understand the complicated risks involved. Along with our piling experts and RC frame team we were able to complete the project with zero reportable accidents on time and on budget.
Our Specialist team easily navigated through the RC frame construction and tanking which was crucial in obtaining 10 year warranty.
Brickwork and masonry completed within 3 weeks despite site tightness by utilising frequent just in time deliveries.
Bespoke joinery was designed and built throughout the property , including wardrobes, TV furniture , office furniture and bespoke shelving
Major Oak worked along the developer team to compile a schedule of finishes and specification. The result was very well received by the new buyers but at the same time enabled the project to finish earlier despite material shortages by suppliers due to the pandemic.
